Our ruffled sleeve allows a fun peek a boo of their little arms ( think showcase rolls peeking through the tulle, while the back falls down off the shoulders and drapes ever so adorably. adjustable back and height with a tie back closure and elastic waist in the bloomers.
hand dyed antique lace pieces appliqués for the finishing touch to this masterpiece. Each will vary due to the vintage nature.
