Turn Around | Store Policies

Thank you for shopping small! I appreciate your support with your orders, each and every one of you. Each item is designed and sewn in house, usually accompanied by one of all of my three children assisting building boxes, sticking on shipping labels ( we try to place them straight (; ) and carrying them into our favorite postal workers, in a small rural town in Ohio. I strive to provide a quality product, as well as a pleasant experience.

I am a Mother first, and ask that you understand and respect that sometimes life or delays can arise. Rest assured we work very hard to avoid this. 

Sickness- When we are faced with an illness we do not enter the studio until this has cleared. My turn around windows already allow for a little grace window, but sometimes when a sickness comes through it may extend that process. If this is the case communications will be sent out to keep you in the loop!

Due to the high demand I often take pre-orders. This allows you to be able to order your specific size and not have to compete with ready to ship sizing /availability limits.

Pre order/ MTO-  orders marked made to order, are within 5-20  business days, Pre order can be between 20-45 business days- unless otherwise annotated in the listing.

RTS- orders marked ready to ship, take 1-4 business days to process your order, that does not account for time spent in shipment. Please note any rts item ordered with any pre order will ship with pre order. You can choose your shipping speed. First class USPS is typically 2-5 days, Priority USPS is 1-3, and Express can vary from 1 day (overnight) or sometimes two days.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All made to order items are considered final sale. If you still require a refund discretion will be left with the shop owner. Once returned in originally packaging, after 10 days of item delivered, we will process your refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. We strive to keep our customers happy and welcomed into the C&V fam, so please email us to let us know how we can help!

Due to the handmade nature, we allow 1/4-2/3 inch allowance for error.  

RUSH fee- this is a case by case basis you can email and require. 

CUSTOMS: I am currently not taking on any custom orders, but please do not hesitate to reach out, I may have this already in the works, and if capable can add your suggestion into the roster.
