Thank you for shopping small! I appreciate your support with your orders, each and every one of you. Each item is designed and sewn in house, usually accompanied by one of all of my three children assisting in building boxes, sticking on shipping labels (we try to place them straight (; ) and carrying them into our favorite postal workers, in a small rural town in Ohio. I strive to provide a quality product, as well as a pleasant experience.

 

 

Hand Making Order Turnaround Times:

  • Pre-Order: 20-45 Business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please expect the longest turnaround on the products you ordered.

  • Ready to Ship/Express Collection (RTS): 1-3 business days

Business Days do NOT include holidays or weekends.

Important Shipping Note: RTS items ordered alongside pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order is complete.

 

 

Shipping:

Note: Shipping is calculated after the hand making turnaround time. 

Shipping speed is chosen by you at checkout. Hand making is stated on the product page and do NOT include shipping transit time:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2-7 business days

  • USPS Priority: Typically 2-3 business days

  • USPS Priority Express: Typically 1-2 business days (may vary)

Please account for Saturday, Sundays and holidays when estimating delivery times.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for the arrival date. 

International shipping is also chosen by international shoppers and the estimated time for shipping is stated which does not include the hand making time. Please note that it will take longer to ship from the USA to any country and other fees may apply when they arrive at your country. 

 

 

Sickness & Delays:

As a mother, my family's health comes first. If illness arises, we avoid entering the studio until fully recovered. This may slightly extend turnaround times, but we will always communicate any delays promptly to keep you informed.

 

 

Cancellations:

Orders are made especially for you. If you must cancel your order after 48 hours from purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover materials and time spent.

Please carefully review turnaround times before ordering to ensure your items arrive in time for your special occasions.

 

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

All items are considered final sale.

If a refund is required due to exceptional circumstances, this decision is at the discretion of the shop owner. 

To qualify:

  • Item must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping costs, 20% restocking fee, and any rush fees, if applicable.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, please allow for slight variances (¼-⅔ inch).

 

 

Rush Orders:


We do accept a limited number of rush orders which can be purchased here. The turnaround for Rush my Order Option is ten (10) Business days. Please note the fee is determined by the number of dresses in the order. Also, when purchasing the Rush my Order option, you must upgrade shipping to at least Priority Shipping option. 

 

 

Custom Orders:

Currently, custom orders are closed. However, please reach out if you have a suggestion—we might already have something similar planned and could potentially incorporate your ideas!
