Thank you for shopping small and supporting our handmade business. Every order means the world to us. Each piece is lovingly designed and sewn in our small studio in rural Ohio - often with the help of my three little ones, who proudly help build boxes, stick on shipping labels (we try our best to make them straight ), and carry packages to our favorite local postal workers.

We’re grateful for your patience and support as we craft each heirloom with care.


 Order Turnaround Times

Pre-Order Items: 20–45 business days (unless otherwise stated on the product page). Please plan for the longest turnaround time listed for your order.

Ready to Ship (RTS) / Express Collection: 1–3 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Important: If RTS items are ordered alongside pre-order items, they will ship together once the pre-order is complete.


 Shipping Information

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Orders placed with fewer than three business days before a needed delivery date are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.

  • Shipping time is in addition to the handmaking turnaround time listed on each product page.

Domestic U.S. Orders

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $300


International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide via UPS with love. Please note that some countries may require payment of import taxes or duties upon delivery.

Taxes & Duties
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that prices on our website do not include any local taxes, customs fees, or import duties. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Important:

  • If a package arrives and you choose not to pay duties or taxes, any return shipping or handling fees - along with a 20% restocking fee - will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • If an order is returned due to unpaid customs, an incorrect or undeliverable address, or any other issue, you may choose to have it reshipped once reshipment fees are paid. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee plus return costs will be deducted from your refund.


Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for 60 days, the order becomes eligible for a lost shipment review. We will:

  1. Open a claim with the shipping carrier.

  2. Begin an internal 60-day review to allow for delivery or recovery.


Sickness & Delays

As a mother, my family’s health always comes first. If illness arises, we pause studio work until we’re fully recovered. This may slightly extend turnaround times, but I promise to communicate promptly and keep you updated.


Cancellations

All items are made especially for you.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover materials and labor already allocated.

Please review turnaround times before purchasing to ensure your items arrive in time for your special occasion.


Exchanges & Store Credit

All sales are considered final due to the handmade nature of our pieces.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be offered at the shop owner’s discretion.
To qualify:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds exclude shipping costs, the 20% restocking fee, and any rush processing fees.

  • No refunds are issued until the item is received and inspected.

  • A store credit will be issued upon confirmation.

Due to the handmade process, please allow for slight measurement variances (¼–⅔ inch).


 Express & Rush Orders

We accept a limited number of rush orders each month. You can purchase a Rush My Order upgrade here.

Rush turnaround time: 12–15 business days (exact timeframe listed on the Rush My Order page).
Note: Rush fees are determined by the number of dresses in your order. Priority shipping (or faster) must be selected at checkout.

Please remember - orders placed with fewer than three business days before your needed date cannot be guaranteed due to potential carrier delays once your order leaves our studio.


A Note About Quoted Turnaround Times

The turnaround time automatically displayed at checkout is based on our standard handmade lead time of approximately 30 business days. Unfortunately, our store system isn’t able to provide multiple timeframes for different product types, rush upgrades, or preorders.

Please refer to the turnaround time listed directly on each product page - that is the most accurate and up-to-date estimate for your order’s completion.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may cause. As much as we love the convenience of technology, sometimes it simply can’t keep up with the beauty (and unpredictability!) of truly handmade work. 💛


Custom Orders

Custom orders are currently closed. However, we love hearing your ideas! Feel free to share your suggestions - we may already have something similar planned and could incorporate your vision into future designs.
