From our Ohio studio to families around the world. Here is everything you need to know about getting your heirloom home.
When will my order ship?
- Made to order: the current turnaround is listed on each product page, right above Add to Cart.
- Ready to Ship: leaves our studio in 1–3 business days.
Shipping time is added after your piece is finished. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Shipping within the United States
Free shipping on all US orders over $300.
Shipping worldwide
We proudly ship worldwide via UPS.
- Please enter your shipping address in English. Addresses in other languages delay your shipping label and your delivery.
- Taxes and duties: international orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Our prices do not include local taxes, customs fees or import duties. These are set by your country's customs office and are paid by the recipient on delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before you order.
- If duties are refused: return shipping and handling, plus a 20% restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Once your order ships
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Orders placed with fewer than three business days before a needed delivery date are not guaranteed due to carrier delays. If tracking shows no movement for 60 days, we will open a claim with the carrier and begin a lost-shipment review.
